LooLocator ("we", "us") operates loolocator.co.uk, a directory that helps you compare portable toilet hire suppliers across the UK and Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect and why

• Quote requests. When you submit a quote form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone (optional), delivery postcode, dates and your message. We use these solely to pass your enquiry to the supplier you chose, so they can quote you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract with that supplier.
• Supplier listing requests. When a business asks to claim, create, amend or remove a listing we collect the contact and business details submitted, used solely to action that request.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or use marketing cookies. The site sets no cookies for browsing.

Where your data goes

Quote requests are stored in our lead-management system (Smartsheet Inc., acting as our processor) and forwarded to the supplier you selected. The supplier becomes an independent controller of your details once they receive your enquiry. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are retained for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-ups and disputes, then deleted. Supplier listing information is retained while the listing is live.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the ICO (UK) or DPC (Ireland). Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

Business listings

Supplier listings are compiled from information the businesses themselves publish (their own websites and public materials). If your business is listed and you would like details corrected or removed, use the for suppliers page or email us: we action removal requests promptly, no questions asked.
