What LooLocator is
LooLocator is a comparison directory. We list independent portable toilet hire suppliers across the UK and Ireland and pass your quote requests to them. We are not a hire company, we are not a party to any hire contract, and we take no commission. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the supplier alone.
Listings and accuracy
Supplier listings are compiled in good faith from information the businesses themselves publish, and checked at source before going live. Details can change, so we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free. Prices shown anywhere on the site are typical guide ranges, not quotes; always confirm price, availability and terms with the supplier directly.
For suppliers
Standard listings are free. You may claim, correct or remove your listing at any time via the for suppliers page. We may edit or remove any listing to keep the directory accurate and useful. Submitting a listing confirms the details you provide are true and yours to share.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at scale, submit false enquiries, or misuse supplier contact details. We may block access to protect the service and its suppliers.
Liability
We provide the directory "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a supplier's products, services, pricing or conduct, or from reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and branding belong to LooLocator. Supplier names and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
